Jim Walker

More than twenty years ago, God called Jim Walker into the ministry, but Jim had refused. Many times Jim struggled with his decision.

At age 57, God spoke to Jim’s heart, “When you were fourteen you gave me your soul. Now I want you to give me your heart and your mind. You do these things, and I will show you the path you are to take.” Jim answered, “Please forgive me, God. Take my heart and mind; use them in whatever way you will. Give me direction, Lord, and I will follow.”

Over the next few weeks God revealed to Jim he was to write children’s books based on his previously published short stories. Jim retired from his 21-year career in the auto-sales business and answered God’s call. Kat’s Journey is the result.
